Vendors Capable Of Delivering A Cloud-based Ai Call Center Solution That Supports English-language Interactions And Preferably Include Multilingual Capabilities To Improve Accessibility For Atlanta¿s Diverse Communities Are Encouraged To Prepare For This Upcoming Solicitation Process.
