Within the new Integration Act 2021, three learning routes are possible for integrators: the Education Route, B1 route and Z-Route. The Education Route is accessible to all asylum status holders up to 28 years old. This concerns integrators, who have a chance to complete an MBO course (regular education). In order to successfully complete the education route, the integration citizens have to: - The language exam at level B1 or higher on the reading, listening, writing and speaking - the exam for the knowledge of the Dutch Society (KNM) municipalities have the legal duty to ensure that the integration person receives a customized integration offer in time within the chosen learning route and is fully connected to all elements that are laid down in his plan for integration and participation (PIP). This responsibility is invested with the so -called Integration Specialist of the municipality. The Integration Specialist coordinates with the Contractor and instructs the lesson offering which is in line with and gives substance to the PIP of a specific person liable for integration.
