Surf wishes to set two dynamic purchase systems in the short term for the delivery of Office Workspace and Productivity Software.
Whether these ties will be divided into two or more categories will still be determined, but the scope of the ties will be;
1. Dedicated Office Workspace and Productivity software with, among other things, functionality for:
- word processors
- E-mail
- Spreadsheets
- Presentations
- Cooperation and communication
- Project management and task management
(Ai in Existing tools, or 'loose' AI tool with onion)
2. Google software for use in education:
- Google Workspace;
- Chrome;
- Gemini.
From entrepreneurs who want to register will be asked to show experience with the delivery of such software in the indicated job areas.
Hereby It is possible to think loose (locally to run) licenses or complete SaaS solutions, including support with use. A definitive scope will be published at the establishment of the badgers.
It is expected that the badgers will be published in Q42025.
Delivery of Microsoft tools, fall outside both ties. Microsoft Tools are tendered in tender via another purchase route.
