PRC0065178/UNDP-PAN-00297 - Electric mobility consulting in Mexico for the development of the conceptual framework of the project: "Accelerating action to achieve a net-zero, nature-positive and climate-just Mexico (Mexico Net-zero)" Project: Electric Mobility in Latin America and the Caribbean Type of Cond0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28deal: Individual Contract (IC) Direct Supervisor: Regional consultant in electric mobility Consulting Location: Home based Estimated Start Date: March 2024 Duration: 6 months The procedures for the acquisition of the services object of this call will be those of the Program of the Nd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28United Nations for Development. The evaluation of the consultants will be based on the Cumulative Analysis method. The award of a contract will be granted to the particular consultant whose proposal has been evaluated and determined in the following way: a) compliance with all requirementsrequired/compliant/acceptable, and b) best score from a predetermined set of weighted technical and financial criteria, specific in the call. *Weighting of technical criteria; (70%) *Weighting of financial criteria; (30%) Only candidates who reach the maximum of 70% of the total points indicated for the technical evaluation will be taken into account for the Financial Evaluation. This process is aimed at natural persons on an individual basis. Any offer received from a legal entity or from two (2) or more natural persons jointly will be rejected.ada. Likewise, all offers from consultants who have participated in the preparation of the Terms of Reference will be rejected.
