Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Office Laptops
1) The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), through the Continuing Appropriations under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Six Hundred Three Thousand Twenty-Six and 82/100 Pesos (PHP12, 603, 026.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Office Laptops / PR26-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The AMLC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Office Laptops . Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
