1) The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight and 51/100 Pesos (PHP3, 921, 328.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Subscription, Software Maintenance, and Support of Web Application Firewall (Imperva) / PR26-040. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
