Cambridge Water (SSC) are committed to continuing to provide a high quality secure and reliable water to our customers now and in the future, in the most sustainable and affordable way, taking account of the environment and increased pressures on our resources. To meet the significant planning challenges, over the next 5 year investment period we have committed to environmental investigations and will also be producing revised water resources and drought management plans to demonstrate our plans for secure water supplies in our regions for the long term. We are seeking specialist consultancy support to work with us in delivering on these commitments.
SSC have decided to implement a framework for the following 4 Lots:
1) demand forecasting and management options;
2) hydro-ecology investigations, options appraisal, cost benefit analyses and reporting;
3) business, drought and water resources management planning and
4) environmental monitoring and assessment.
