The DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region VII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of SIx HUNDRED FIFTY SIx THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 656, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR ANTIBIOTIC RESIDUES IN BFAR-7/RFLS”.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
