Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission has a requirement for a Benchtop X-ray Diffractometer. Delivery to Ottawa, ON. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
