The full scope can be found in the attached RFQ.Service works include, however are not limited to the following:• Scheduled servicing and maintenance activities• Repairs arising from scheduled servicing • Other services relevant to the category The Contractor will be required to provide the following:Preventative Maintenance Program• Implement a preventative maintenance program in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and recognised industry best practice• The program is to provide details of all schedule services and activities that the Contractor will undertake for the full term of the Contract. Maintenance Logs and Maintenance• Maintain accurate maintenance logs for all services and preventative maintenance activities carried out at each site.• Provide a written report after each service that includes:- A condition summary of all units inspected- Any issues, defects, or faults identified during the preventative maintenance process- Recommendations for corrective actions- Estimated costs associated with any recommended worksTenderers are required to provide a sample program identifying the works that will be undertaken as part of the scheduled servicing and maintenance along with the associated costs.
