Description : INVITATION TO BID for PR No. 26041016- Supply and Delivery of IV Fluids
1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the LDH - Drugs and Medicines Expenses AB2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (P2, 143, 980.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 26041016 - Supply and Delivery of IV Fluids. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of IV Fluids (7000 bot. 0.9 Sodium Chloride 1L & 9 others) for Labo District Hospital use. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
