Description : INVITATION TO BID for PR No. 26030829- Supply and Delivery of Welfare Goods
1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the GO-USSAP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (P2, 188, 390.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 26030829 - Supply and Delivery of Welfare Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Welfare Goods (480 sack Commercial Rice, 50kg/sack & 5 others) for Governor-s Office -USSAP/AKAP use. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
