1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 7611-5-02-99-080-12 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2, 500, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 1, 000 SACKS PREMIUM GRADE RICE (50KG/ SACK) under P.R No. 26-06-0719. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
