1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 4421-1-5-02-03-070-2 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (₱ 10, 000, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NON-COMMUNICABLE MEDICINES under P.R No. 26-06-0683. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
