1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the TRUST FUNDS 2-04-01-010-4 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 260, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of TWELVE (12) UNITS MOTORCYCLE under P.R No. 26-03-0419. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
