1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 1-07-03-040-25s1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos (₱ 1, 496, 490.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT FOR VARIOUS BUILDINGS under P.R No. 26-03-0367. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
