1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 3321-1-07-05-030-26s1, 3322-1-07-05-030-26s1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 200, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of EIGHT (8) UNITS DIGITAL B & W MULTI-FUNCTION PRINTER FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY CLASSES under P.R No. 26-02-0259 & 26-02-0260. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
