1. The Zamboanga City Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Board for year 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos and 98/100 (P 1, 371, 979.98) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase Requisition No. 26-0156. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
