1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 9998-5-02-03-060 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 3, 750, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 2, 500 BOXES FOOD RELIEF ITEMS under P.R No. 26-01-0079. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
