1) The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the TRUST FUNDS 1191-02-04-01-010-4 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱ 2, 228, 700.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUPMENT AND AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT under P.R No. 25-12-1675. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
