The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 9998-5-03-990-4 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 835, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of PERSONAL PROTECTION GEARS under P. R No. 24-10-1383. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
