The City of Lapu-Lapu through the TRUST FUND 2-02-01-050-509 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 5, 975, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 200 KITS STARTER KIT ASSISTANCE (SARI-SARI) P. R No. 23-10-1334. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
