1) The Bohol Island State University - Main Campus, through the Special Trust Fund-Internally-Generated Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (Php 135, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 2026-04-0138 - Supply and Delivery of Materials for Answer Sheet Production. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
