1. The Barangay Miranda, through the General Fund: 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php. 841, 320.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment under the PR No. 2026-004-004 BIDS in excess of the ABC shall automatically reject at bid opening.
