General Terms and Conditions

1. The Food and catering services shall be served/made available on time at 11:45am at the designated venue offered by the provider. Must provide pork alternative meal (Halal food) for one (1) Muslim participant.

2. Notice on the schedule of activity shall be made three (3) days before its conduct.

3. Price validity shall be for a period covered in the Purchase Order.

4. Price quotation should be made with extra care taking into account the specifications and unit of quantity to avoid errors. Bidders bind themselves to all the conditions stipulated in this quotation.

5. Withholding taxes as per BIR rules and regulations will be deducted by NMP from the contract price.
