The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the DPWH - Dinagat Islands District Engineering Office, San Jose, Dinagat Islands hereby notifies the following suppliers / bidders classified by and registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) to bid for the hereunder contract through ALTERNATIVE METHOD (SMALL VALUE) pursuant to Section 53.9 and Section 53.9.1 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184, viz:
