Products or services: Professionals The main objective of this Public Proposal is the purchase of hourly service for the AMBULATORY ONCOLOGICAL CCRR, which requires the services of a Professional Nurse, Nursing Technician, Administrative and Auxiliary of Service, to cover the health needs of oncology users, given the increase in waiting lists and the increase in internal management activities. The service will be carried out in the Hospital premises, in the best conditions possible for both parties, as detailed in these administrative bases and technical bases, and according to quantities defined in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10 of 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18, 417, only with respect to health providers who carry out the health actions that they are responsible for executing. In this sense, "The Health Actions Provider" will be obliged to provide on behalf of and in the name of the Hospital, and through delegation, as required by inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 36/80 to the Beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18, 469, prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or health rehabilitation that are tendered for this act.
