The objective of this public proposal is the purchase of medical hours service for the adult surgical CR surgery service, in order to ensure continuous coverage of specialized medical care. This hiring contemplates the participation of specialists, doctors in trainingand general doctors, who should be available to provide care for patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, according to service requirements. So this purchase responds to current endowment insufficiency, which prevents adequate response to the growingDemand for hospitalization for surgical pathologies of diverse complexity. Its implementation will improve the resolutive capacity of the Dr. Hernan Henriquez Aravena Hospital, directly benefiting patients with medium and high complexity that require timely care. Also, thisHiring will guarantee the continuity of medical care in the event of the assigned institutional personnel, or when the existing endowment is not sufficient to maintain the quality of the service and the proper clinical management of the patients. The service will be carried out in dependenciesof the hospital, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in these administrative bases, and technical bases, and according to quantities defined in Annex No. 1.
