Products or services: Professionals The main objective of this public proposal is the purchase of an emergency resolution service for pacemaker implantation, changes in the generating unit, review of device electrodes and resolution of the list of waiting for implantable devices, electrophysiological studies and radiofrequency ablations; that allow implants and changes of the single-chamber or dual-chamber pacemaker generating unit, as well as the review of said electrodes and devices complexes such as; cardiac defibrillators and resynchronizers with and without emergency defibrillator. All of this, in patients referred from the Emergency Service and the Critical Patient Unit of the Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital and Node hospitals, in the context of a procedure that cannot be postponed, during non-working hours, since there is no 24-hour shift to resolve these procedures. On the other hand, by contracting this service, it is intended to carry out studies electrophysiological and treatment with radiofrequency ablation as appropriate, with and without three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping system. In addition, it is expected to resolve the waiting lists and the care of patients who are hospitalized in waiting for these services, since there is not enough institutional capacity to cover and resolve these needs of patients not scheduled within hours, and at the same time, it seeks to guarantee access to the pavilion, when it is not feasible. resolve the procedures mentioned above during institutional hours.
