Products or services: Professionals The main objective of this tender is the contracting of a professional service specialized in telecommunications, connectivity and networks, through the purchase of Engineering services, intended to cover the lack of qualified human resources of the hospital, allowing to ensure the management, administration, monitoring and continuous operation of the connectivity and communications infrastructure used inside the establishment as well as in external premises, along with the application of maintenance measures, in order to guarantee operational continuity, reduce downtime and incident times, provide advanced technical support to users and other IT areas, strengthen cybersecurity, improve availability, stability and security of the technological platforms that support the healthcare and administrative processes of the Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital. That said, this Service will be carried out in the hospital premises, as detailed in the present administrative bases and technical bases, and according to the quantities defined in Annex NO1.
