The federal judiciary is issuing this request for proposal (rfp), usca19r0062, to solicit proposals for a client case management solution to replace our existing probation and pretrial services automated case management tracking system (pacts).
This rfp request is the result of the draft rfp usca18r0069 posted in february 2018.
Please refer to the supporting documents for details of the requirement, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
Note: there are three supporting attachments referenced in the rfp documents which are not posted. As there is information in these documents we do not want to publicize, the offerors shall send an email to ao_pactsccms@ao.uscourts.gov and the government will respond in a timely manner and send these documents. These documents are attachment 5 -pps ccms pretrial and lifecycle business capability, attachment 6 - pps ccsm presentence business capability, and attachment 7 - pps ccms post conviction business capability.
Please review all documentation and adhere to all instructions when preparing and submitting proposals.
Questions related to this soliciation are due by 12pm est on august 1, 2019. Questions msut be emailed to the contracting officer. All questions must be submitted in writing. No phone inquiries will be accepted. The proposal due date is friday october 4, 2019 at 12pm eastern.
