SCOPE OF WORK
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT SUPPLY OF LABOOR FOR MI=ONTHLY SERVICING /CLEANING OF 2 UNITS SMARDT CHILLER
1.0 PURPOSE
THIS AGREEEMENT DEFINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE CLIENT'S CHILLER SYSYTEM TO ENSURE SAFE, RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION.
2.0 CONTRACT PERIOD
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMMECE UPON THE ISSUANCE OF THE NI=OTICE TO PROCEED AND SHALL REMAIN I EFFECT FOR A PERIOD OF NINE (9) MONTHS, UNLESS TERMINATED EARLIER IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 14.
