Tender Details

The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the kitchen section in Public Kindergarten No. 10 in Gogów at ul. Obrocw Pokoju 14 (plot no. 284, plot no. 0004 Chrobry, unit no. 020301_1 Miasto Gogw). In the existing state, the kitchen section is divided into three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor). The kitchen section is located in a separate part of the kindergarten. It has an independent entrance from the outside, a staircase and two freight elevators. The scope of work will include, among others: demolition works and construction works - dismantling existing floor layers (terrazzo, cement, PVC flooring); - demolition of load-bearing walls and partitions; - dismantling of parts of partition walls - dismantling of wall coverings - ceramic tiles; - removal of plasters from walls and ceilings (all rooms); - dismantling of doors internal with frames; - carving out part of the ceiling above the first floor for ventilation passages - installation of steel lintels in newly designed door and window openings; - construction of solid brick walls; - construction of new partition walls from aerated concrete tiles gr. 12cm;- installation of new internal plasters;- installation of wall coverings;- installation of tile floors...
