Products or services: Event production A tender is required for the Live and Plush Production Service: 31 Minute Concert in Coquimbo, which responds to the need to decentralize the cultural offer and bring high-quality shows closer to regions outside Santiago. Likewise, it seeks to strengthen the access of families, children, young people and the general public to artistic experiences that promote Chilean cultural identity, humor and national music. The event is projected as a meeting family, educational and cultural, which combines entertainment with the promotion of creativity and national artistic work. It is expressly stated that the bidders must offer all of the products and/or services required. The failure to comply This provision will empower the municipality to declare said offers inadmissible. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the power established in article 61 of Law NO19, 880; that establishes that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them”; faculty that is materialized in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the “revoke tender” application, which allows as long as it has not been awarded a tender, carry out said power through a well-founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
