Tender Details

1. The starting price is 475, 000, 000 (four hundred twenty-five million) soums with VAT and other expenses, 421, 321, 855.44 (four hundred twenty-one million three hundred twenty-one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five soums and 44 tinyas) without VAT and other expenses. VAT free for foreign suppliers and more the price without expenses is the starting price. The initial price of the purchase is the initial limit price, and the final purchase price is determined by the end of the purchase process. 2. Pursuant to Article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on State Procurement the electronic system verifies that the price offered by the participant matches the initial price and that the electronic fields are filled. If the price offered by the participant is higher than the initial price, as well as mandatory for filling and placing the documents that need to be combined. if there are empty fields, the electronic system of public procurement will reject the offer of the participant, indicating the exact reason.
