Products or services: Construction of civil works A tender is required for the Punto Limpio El Culebrón Infrastructure Improvement, with the purpose of remodeling this environmental demonstration center and thus continue supporting the community in issues environmental through the reception of inorganic waste, composting and energy efficiency workshops, urban gardens, biodiversity workshops that help raise awareness about climate change and the sustainable use of resources. It is expressed proof that the bidders must offer all of the products and/or services required. Failure to comply with this provision will entitle the municipality to declare said offers inadmissible. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public bidding in accordance with the power established in article 61 of Law NO19, 880; which establishes that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them”; faculty that materializes in the system of information www.mercadopublico.cl, through the “revoke tender” application, which allows, while a tender has not been awarded, to carry out said power through a well-founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
