The subject of the order is the renovation of the roof covering of the building. warehouse and sanitary facility located at ul. Wschodnia 1 in Poznań, disassembly and installation of new underlay and top thermally weldable felt, quick SBS TOP 5.2 profile, along with sheet metal flashing and gutter replacement. Partial demolition of a brick chimney and reconstruction of the chimney cap. Complementing the firewall with accompanying works. Renovation of the facade by removing unevenness in places left by the demolished building and applying a reinforcing layer with thin-layer plaster and painting coatings. Surface preparation and painting of the remaining façade walls. Installation of new external door joinery to the toilet room and repainting of the remaining external joinery.
