Power Supply Rehabilitation Project

1. The Bureau of Corrections- San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱8, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Power Supply Rehabilitation Project with Project Identification Number 2024-03-064. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bureau of Corrections- San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC within the last four (4) years.
