Power Plant and Electrical Distribution System Upgrades at the U.S. Consulate General in Kolkata, India
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2026.
The successful contractor shall provide construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.
The United States Government Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO) requires Power Plant and Electrical Distribution System Upgrades at the U.S. Consulate General in Kolkata, India.
The project will selectively improve the electrical backup power system by replacing all four existing generators, upgrading outdated switchgears, implementing flood mitigation measures around the existing utility building, and upgrading the Power Plant and Electrical Distribution System to current code requirements to support the continued operations of the existing U.S. Consulate General compound.
The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $5.000.000, 00 and $7.000.000, 00.
