Tender Details

This is a public contract for services. The subject of this order is the execution of project documentation for the permission of the building plan and the execution of the project documentation of the project "Potůčky - residential zone at p.p.no. 406/1 - project documentation". The documentation will serve both for the construction procedure in question and for the award of a public contract for construction works and for the implementation of the construction plan, and its scope will be based primarily on Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act as amended, and further relevant implementing regulations, especially from Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on the documentation of buildings and from Decree No. 146/2024 Coll. on construction requirements. Among other things, the contract must also include a certificate of the building's energy efficiency. The price quote must also include execution author's supervision during the entire period of realization of the aforementioned construction.
