Technical task for the performance of works on pothole repair of asphalt pavement: 1. General informationObject: Building area and parking lot of the shopping center. Address of the object: Prospect I. Mazepy 58 shopping center Purpose of work: Elimination of potholes, pits and cracks for the safety of customers.2. Composition and scope of work Total area of ​​repair: ~50 m² (a site survey is required for accurate calculation) Site survey: Determination and marking of the boundaries of the damaged pavement. Milling: Deep cutting of the damaged asphalt (mapping) from 4 to 10 cm. Cleaning: Removal of dust, dirt and remnants of old asphalt from the formed pits. Processing: Pouring the bottom and edges of the cards with liquid bitumen emulsion. Laying: Pouring hot fine-grained asphalt concrete mixture. Sealing: Rolling asphalt with a road roller or vibratory plate to the level with the existing coating. Sealing: Treatment of seams and joints with bitumen. 3. Technical requirements for materials and works Materials: Hot asphalt (type B or G, fine-grained), bitumen emulsion. Quality: All materials must have certificates of conformity. Flatness: The new coating should not have subsidence or protrusions (deviation up to 5 mm is allowed). Drainage: Repairs should not disturb the flow of rainwater to the storm drains. 4. Requirements for the organization of works Schedule: Execution of works in the evening, at night or in the morning (to avoid traffic jams in the parking lot). Safety: Installation of fences, signal tapes and temporary signs. Cleanliness: Daily removal of construction debris and cleaning of the area after renovation. 5. Warranty Obligations Warranty period: At least 12 months from the date of signing the act of completed works.
