This decision is in accordance with (IAW) FAR Overhaul 15.106(e) and is based on recent market research and the refinement of our procurement strategy. Documents
The Government intends to pursue a small business set-aside competition for this requirement, IAW FAR Overhaul 19.104-1. A new solicitation number will be issued for this opportunity and will be announced at a later date once the associated technical data package has been updated if required and all industry inquiries have been addressed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
