Tender Details

The mission and installation contracting command (micc) - west point intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to first division consulting, 5641 burke centre parkway, 120, burke, va 22015 to provide postgraduate writing fellows for clients at the mounger writing center. This is not a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting your firm`s capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement.
