Introduction? The National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) is the State institution with the exclusivity of organizing, directing and developing higher education in the country. ? The UNAH Postgraduate Studies System regulates and promotes this educational level to comply with current academic guidelines. ? The Faculty of Legal Sciences, through its General Postgraduate Coordination and the Coordination of the Master's Degree in Commercial Law, promotes the redesign of its study plans. ? These TOR establish the conditions for hiring a specialist to prepare the Diagnostic Research Project, the Diagnosis, the Study Plan and the Feasibility Plan for the Master's Degree in Commercial Law. II. General objective of the recruitment?
