The subject of the order includes: 1. provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the Warmia-Masuria Regional Branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and its subordinate District Offices in the voivodeship Warmia-Masuria, including the sending of letter items by the contractor to the designated operator within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), for which the provisions of law recognize that submitting a letter to a postal office postal office of the designated operator is tantamount to submitting it to court or the deadline for submitting the letter is deemed to have been met if, before its expiry, the letter was posted at the post office of the designated operator, 2. providing parcel collection services from buildings organizational units of the ordering party and their delivery to the contractor's and designated operator's post offices.
