Postal services Description:Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality Breda, we refer you to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl. Scope of the assignment The assignment includes the integral postal service for the municipality of Breda, including in any case: collection, sorting, transport and delivery to the addressee postal items; collecting, sorting, transporting and delivering packages; processing and delivering election mail; processing returns; Collection service (PO box) mail and Delivery service (PO box) mail; taking care of registered mail (Domestic and Abroad) and other special postal services; providing quality assurance and performance monitoring. The exact scope and content of the services are further detailed in the Program of Requirements and the SLA. Outside the scope is: distribution of door-to-door messages (municipal messages) and bicycle racing services. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Purpose: To conclude a framework agreement with one contracting party for the provision of postal services for the municipality of Breda. This framework agreement will be entered into for a period of 2 years. The effective date of this framework agreement is February 1, 2027. The client has the right to terminate this framework agreement by mutual consent of the parties. under the same terms and conditions, can be extended two (2) times, each time for a period of one (1) year. The maximum term of the framework agreement is therefore four (4) years. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on a basis of evaluating the performance of the services provided.
