Description of the service: The object of the contract is the contracting of the postal services necessary to carry out the activity of the Santa Perpètua de Mogoda Town Council. The postal service includes collection, admission, classification, treatment, course, transport, distribution and delivery of postal and enveloped shipments, of any weight and whether certified or non-certified, both inside and outside the municipal area and in both national and international territory, with the aim of giving compliance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure and, more specifically, with the articles related to the notification of administrative acts (art. 40 to 46), in accordance with the current set of technical prescriptions
