The aim of this tender is to reach two agreements (one framework agreement for daily postal services and one agreement for election post) with one contractor per agreement that guarantees continuity for the daily postal services and election post. The service relates to the delivery and dispatch of mail and consists of counting, sorting and registering letterbox mail, parcel post, registered mail and bulk mail. Sending the Election mail also falls under the service provision. The client wants to be unburdened as much as possible in the provision of services.
