With this tender, Sabewa Zeeland aims to contract a professional and reliable contractor for the integral care of the production and dispatch of outgoing mail flows and, if applicable, the processing of incoming mail. The services relate to tax assessments and other correspondence in the context of municipal taxes, water board taxes and the WOZ Act. The contractor must be able to provide the service on the basis of both supplied information print-ready files as data files for document generation, guaranteeing quality, continuity, information security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the GDPR and archive regulations. It is also expected that peak loads, in particularly during the annual assessment runs, are processed adequately and that appropriate quality assurance, logging and reporting are provided.
