1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the Municipal Office in Sokka in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering postal items and their possible returns. The scope of services also includes return to the sender of the parcels after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or releasing them to the recipient.2.
